My personal background in family caregiving nourishes my passion for serving others. My inception into the home care industry was a very exciting time for me. After 15 years working in the legal field and centering on collections, foreclosures and bankruptcies, I was ready to join a greater cause; one that gave back to people! I opened SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe in 2006 - almost 14 years ago - and have enjoyed every minute of this career. Seeing and hearing all of the wonderful stories from clients about how appreciative and helpful our caregivers are for them, warms my heart on a daily basis!

My name is Deborah Brown. I have been in the home care industry since 1993 when I became a Caregiver. At the beginning of 2015, I joined SYNERGY HomeCare as Client Care Manager and Alternate Administrator. I love the fact that I help enrich people’s lives every day and am able to help them maintain their independence.

Hello, my name is Michelle McIntyre I am a client care manager with SYNERGY HomeCare and have been here for almost five years. I started out as a caregiver, and after 6 months, moved into the office. My previous background was in finance for over 20 years, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the position was transitioned out of the country. I decided to attend Lone Star College for a degree in Human Services, and not sure which direction to go, I kept leaning toward the elderly. I enjoy watching the way their eyes light up when telling a story of days gone by, you get a glimpse of the younger person they once were. It is such a pleasure to give back to those who have taken care of everyone else thru the years, collecting antique boys and girls are my favorite!
