What an amazing company! There communication is top notch. They provide amazing quality care to there clients and flexible shifts for the caregivers. Offering there caregivers opportunities for growth and training to keep them proficient in there jobs. Since I begin working with Synergy I haven't had any problems, the office staff is very nice and understandable, when you go into the office you are greeted with kindness and a smile, I would say that Synergy is a great place to work.
